I purchased this for my mom she works at a gas station and needed something to keep her dry going back and forth to the pumps. She said it fits pretty good I guessed the size because the chart really wasn't geared towards women's sizes and I went up to a 3X which she said was a good choice she thinks a 2X would have been too small even though that's what your size chart indicated she should wear. Used it on the first downpour and said it kept her dry and she's very pleased we're likely going to order another one for my dad for the same reason

I don't think for the money you're going to find anything better reinforce seems definitely stay dry I've already used it in a few downpours that we've had in New England and it's held up tremendously I even bought one for my wife I work outside and all kinds of weather as a lot attendant at a major hospital and this is just what the doctor ordered to stay dry I love it I would recommend it to anyone
It seems to be high quality and the price could never be beat!! I love the variety of colors available and shipping was fast! The four stars was because it does seem to run just a bit small.

The jacket is light enough for comfort, yet heavy enough to hold up under the weather conditions. The colors are as advertised. The ability to zip in the hood is most convenient. The pockets are also convenient. It is also true to size.
