Pants are waterproof
They are a good quality sturdy material. I bought three different colors for my boys. They did not fit well in the Thigh and butt .
These seem to be great quality and a super fantastic price!! Shipping was very fast, too. The reason for four stars is they do seem to run smaller than true to size.
